This music is to assist you in your meditation practice, in whatever way you work. Perhaps as part of a yin yoga session, or an early-morning meditation session, whatever it is, I hope this music helps you on your journey.

This is a recording I've wanted to make for a long time, and it was difficult to make. Several months of working on this finally led me to an intense week of recording (which was mostly deleting things that weren't working) before I finally found the right flow. Part of the issue is that a lot of the other music I produce for other communities is extremely dense and frenetic, and I realized in the process of making this recording that I've become *habitually* nervous in my playing, much like I have in other areas of my life.

To make these tracks work I had to really slow down my heart rate, focus internally, and get myself into a state of deep relaxation. Each of these tracks was made in a total flow state, very early in the morning, deeply at peace with where I am now in the process of living on this planet, sharing my music with others, doing the best I can day by day.
